Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team at The Williams Company. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities and maintaining a high level of equipment reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of all plant equipment and machinery
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize production
  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Collaborate with production staff to identify and resolve equipment issues
  • Develop and manage the maintenance budget
Requirements
