Job Description

AION Management LLC is seeking a highly motivated Tax Compliance Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the tax books and records, coordinating with external tax accountants, and ensuring timely tax reporting.

  • We are offering a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the Role

The Tax Compliance Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing the tax books and records, including K-1's and other tax reporting.
  • Coordinating with external tax accountants to ensure timely tax reporting.
  • Reviewing financial information for accuracy and training related staff.
  • Assisting in hiring and building our accounting department.
  • Documenting tax accounting procedures.
  • Handling tax-related inquiries from investors and other AION personnel.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Accounting.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • CPA certification is preferable.
