Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a primary point of guest contact, you will work in a team environment to warmly welcome guests and skillfully manage their needs. You will communicate closely with various departments to settle guests into accommodations and work to meet requests throughout the guests' stay.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, responding to their requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, including concierge services, room services, and activities.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about the resort, its amenities, and services, to provide guests with accurate information and recommendations.
  • Assist with special events and activities, such as weddings, conferences, and recreational events.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
