About the Role

This Occupational Therapist position requires a strong clinical background and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program and a valid, unrestricted state license as an Occupational Therapist. Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management skills are essential for success in this role.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate patient mobility, coordination, strength, and functional abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient goals and objectives.
  • Provide education and training to patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, equipment use, and daily living skills.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

**Requirements:**

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university/program.
  • Current, unrestricted state license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
  • Valid CPR certification.

The salary for this position is approximately $85,000 per year, based on national averages and considering the location in Paco county. We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
