Heavy Equipment Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Service Technician to join our team at Warren CAT. As an Engine Field Tech III, you will be responsible for providing high-quality repair service on equipment to meet customer needs in a timely and efficient manner.
The ideal candidate will have mastery level knowledge of basic hand tools, air tools, precision measuring tools, and instruments. You will also be required to work safely, follow all company safety policies and procedures, and complete related paperwork accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Complete assigned jobs and tasks to meet flat rate times and re-do metrics
- Work safely and follow all WCAT safety policies and procedures
- Complete related paperwork and access databases required to complete job (work order, parts order, JSA, DBS, SIMS, SIS web, STW) accurately and timely
- Follow contamination control and HAZMAT rules and regulations
- Remove and install parts, disassemble and assemble components, and test and adjust assemblies with ability to self-monitor work quality
