Position Overview

Experience Requirements:
Preferred candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, although less experienced candidates may be considered based on their qualifications. Operating Room (OR) experience is mandatory.

Patient Demographics:
Experience with a variety of patient types including Outpatient, Inpatient, Emergency Department (ED), Operating Room (OR), Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), Pediatrics, Vented, and Sedated patients. Proficient in handling whole body, musculoskeletal, neuro, and portable imaging. Note that fluoroscopy procedures are not required.

Equipment Familiarity:
Experience with portable systems such as Carestream, GE Rooms, and GE C-arm is essential. The average patient load is approximately 15-20 per day.

Certification Requirements:
Must possess current certifications including BLS and ARRT.

Educational Qualifications:
Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is required.

Skills and Competencies:
Proficiency in using C-arm and familiarity with EPIC (preferred). Experience in Level 1 or 2 Trauma settings is beneficial. OR experience is a must.
