Job Summary:

At Princeton Medical Center, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Surgical Nurse Manager to oversee the nursing staff and operations in our assigned area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring adequate staffing, supplies, and equipment are available to provide exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and oversight to the nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
  • Develop and implement effective staffing plans to ensure adequate coverage and meet the needs of our patients.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care, including medication administration, vital signs, and treatment plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • 1 year RN experience in a medical surgical setting.
  • Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as a Registered Nurse.
  • CPR certification.
