Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced PRN Receptionist to join our team at Cardinal Ritter Senior Services. As a key member of our front desk team, you will provide exceptional customer service to residents, employees, and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and residents, providing a positive and professional impression of our community.
  • Monitor the coming and going of residents and visitors, ensuring their safety and security.
  • Provide administrative support, including answering phone calls, taking messages, and routing calls to the appropriate staff member.
  • Assist with the admission process, including preparing necessary documents and coordinating with other departments.
  • Perform various clerical duties, such as typing, copying, and filing.
  • Maintain the front desk area, including restocking supplies and ensuring a clean and organized environment.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless communication and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least one year of office experience, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Proficiency in word processing and clerical software, including electronic health records.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
