Key Responsibilities- Clean and sanitize restrooms, bathing areas, and other high-touch surfaces to prevent the spread of illness and infection.
- Operate floor care equipment, including vacuum cleaners and mechanical extractors, to maintain a clean and polished floor surface.
- Apply finishes and maintain flooring in accordance with established procedures and safety measures.
- Participate in regular cleaning schedules to ensure a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and maintain a positive work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in custodial or facilities maintenance preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
