Job Overview

Firetrol Protection Systems is seeking skilled professionals to join our team as Fire Sprinkler Inspectors. As a Fire Sprinkler Inspector, you will be responsible for performing routine inspections, testing, and preventative maintenance of fire protection systems with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Test Fire Protection Systems: Perform routine inspections and testing of fire protection systems to ensure they are functioning properly and meet industry standards.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Interact with customers in various settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, schools, restaurants, and commercial buildings, to provide excellent customer service and ensure their fire protection systems are functioning correctly.
  • Diagnose and Troubleshoot Issues: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with fire protection systems, including identifying and repairing defects or malfunctions.
  • Document Inspections and Repairs: Properly document all inspections and repairs, including providing detailed reports and recommended corrective actions to customers.
  • Meet Regulatory Requirements: Ensure that all inspections and repairs meet applicable state and industry regulations.
Requirements
  • Proven Customer Service Skills: Proven record of providing excellent customer service and care.
  • Valid Driver's License: Valid driver's license required.
  • Pass a Background Check: Pass a background check.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Possess at least one of the following certifications: Oklahoma Sprinkler License or Oklahoma Fire Alarm License, and have sufficient knowledge and experience.
