**Job Summary**
ABM Industries is seeking a highly skilled Field Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and administrative activities at multiple buildings within a district. This role is responsible for leading Project Managers and Supervisors to ensure conformance to contract requirements, developing and implementing cost control measures, and overseeing inspections and quality control measures.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate service activities for assigned buildings to ensure services are performed as contracted and at the intended profit margins.
- Control supplies, equipment, and personnel necessary to meet customer specifications.
- Interact with customers daily to obtain feedback on services and special needs, troubleshoot potential problems, and conduct quality of service inspections.
- Manage the company's quality control monitoring and safety programs at assigned buildings.
- Develop operational improvement plans and implement process changes within assigned buildings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as all federal, state, and local government regulations.
**Requirements**
- An Associate's degree is required.
- Minimum of two to five years of supervisory experience in a service-oriented environment.
- Experience in cost estimating/pricing work is required.
- Working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and chemical handling/storage procedures is necessary.
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence, and effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and customers.
