Senior IT Systems Analyst

Zantech is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing and developing IT systems that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, update, and provide training for personnel through multiple methods, including in-person, online, and ad-hoc training.
  • Assess, design, and conceptualize training scenarios, approaches, objectives, plans, tools, aids, and curriculums.
  • Identify the best approach based on training requirements, including hardware, software, simulations, course assessment, examinations, and computer-assisted training.
  • Develop and revise training courses and materials.
  • Prepare and maintain training schedules and new course materials.
  • Update existing user manuals with application changes and new functionality.
  • Work with the entire team to understand new functionality and provide feedback regarding user interfaces.
  • Support the team through updating and writing SOPs and documentation via technical and non-technical writing.
  • Attend meetings and prepare meeting minutes for delivery to the attendees.

Requirements:

  • B.A. or B.S. Degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years of equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in analysis and design of software systems or direct use of a related software system.
  • Exceptional knowledge and skills with Microsoft Office Products.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines and manage changing priorities.
  • Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
  • High business and technical aptitude to learn new applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work directly with multiple contractor and government teams.
  • Strong self-motivation and organizational skills.
  • Experience with computer-based training software.

Security Clearance:

US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret or higher clearance, per contract requirements.
