DescriptionWe are seeking a compassionate and empathetic individual to join our care center team as a Nursing Assistant. As a member of our team, you will provide direct care and support to residents under the guidance of a licensed nurse. Qualifications- Active certification with the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry or successful completion of an approved training program and competency evaluation
- Able to attend 12 hours of training each year
- Protect and promote resident rights to dignity, privacy, and self-determination
- Apply knowledge of infection prevention practices and proper procedures when providing care
- Report changes in resident condition to the licensed nurse
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, grooming, bathing, meals, and mobility assistance
- Ensure a safe physical environment and follow proper safety procedures
