  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with key stakeholders to define, document, agree, and implement the Project Quality Strategy.
  • Develop Quality Plans: Create and implement a Project Quality Plan that supports the Project Quality Strategy.
  • Ensure Quality Alignment: Collaborate with the Global Projects Quality function to ensure alignment, support, and resources are deployed to support project delivery and requirements.
  • Monitor Progress: Track deliverable and activity progress to ensure effective project execution in line with schedule, cost estimates, and change management processes.
  • Set Quality Expectations: Establish quality expectations and requirements applicable to bid/tender packages, contracts, and purchase orders.
  • Engage with Contractors: Actively engage with contractors and suppliers to ensure a quality mutual beneficial relationship.
  • Review Quality Deliverables: Identify, review, and acceptance of contractor and supplier quality deliverables.
  • Facilitate Training: Facilitate project inductions and training in quality systems and processes to new and existing staff.
  • Ensure Quality Documentation: Ensure that the Project Quality Documentation is rolled out in support of project-specific requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years' experience in a quality management role.
  • Quality Management: Experience providing quality management throughout design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and start-up.
  • Risk-Based Quality Assessment: Experience with risk-based quality assessment.
  • OEM Experience: Experience working with OEM providers.
  • Communication Skills: High-level written skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Passion for Renewable Energy: High level of passion for renewable energy.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability for credible and authentic engagement with strong interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
  • Education: University degree in engineering or significant quality management experience in major and/or mega projects.
  • Advanced Degree: MBA or master's degree.
