Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business customers, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, working closely with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and economic conditions, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with other members of the business banking team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals and objectives.
  • Fluency in a second language (English and the specified second language) required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associates degree or higher.
  • Notary public license.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services sales.
  • Bi-lingual based on branch needs.
