- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of evidence-based practices and policies
- Associate's degree in nursing or higher
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care
