Job Summary:

Emory Healthcare is seeking a skilled Anesthesiology Specialist to join our team of medical professionals. As a key member of our anesthesia department, you will be responsible for attending to the needs of patients within the scope of licensing, training, and credentialing. This includes performing patient care activities, fulfilling the duties and responsibilities of a Physician, and assisting in generating adequate practice volume.

About the Role:

  • This is a registry position that requires participation in on-call duties when needed.
  • You will actively participate in meetings and practice medicine within the current scope of national patient safety goals.

Requirements:

  • You must possess a Doctor of Medicine Degree (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Degree (D.O.).
  • A valid and unrestricted medical license to practice medicine in the State of Georgia is required.
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified is preferred, as well as a valid DEA certificate without restriction.
  • Experience in outpatient medical practice is highly valued.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are essential, and you must be computer literate.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $250,000 - $350,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus benefits that include medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plans, and paid time off.
