Job Title: Registered Nurse - Endoscopy Unit

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Endoscopy Unit at Tenet Massachusetts. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the delivery of exceptional healthcare services.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse - Endoscopy Unit will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans to ensure optimal outcomes. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients undergoing endoscopic procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts
  • Experience in endoscopy or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
