Physical Therapy Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team at CareOne. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our rehabilitation team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Resident Care: Manage the care of residents, ensuring quality outcomes and adhering to all relevant standards and regulations.
- Evaluate and Develop Treatment Plans: Assess resident needs and create effective treatment plans to meet their rehabilitation goals.
- Coordinate with Interdisciplinary Team: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and efficient treatment.
- Screen Residents: Participate in resident screening processes as directed.
- Provide Feedback and Support: Offer feedback to supervisors on clinical and rehabilitation issues and provide support to colleagues as needed.
- Participate in Center Processes: Engage in all center-directed processes and services.
- Manage Treatment Activities: Effectively manage treatment and non-treatment related activities.
- Document Patient Information: Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
- Assist with Marketing Efforts: Support marketing initiatives as directed.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
- Professional Experience: Current and Active Physical Therapy Assistant license within the state of operations
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience/knowledge in older adult rehabilitation and knowledge of governmental and regulatory guidelines in designated healthcare settings
