The estimated salary for this position is between $95,000.00 and $105,000.00 per year.

Job Description

As a Unit Manager/Director - RN, you will lead the overall operations, coordination, and direction of nursing and patient/resident care for an assigned nursing unit.

You will ensure that patient/resident care delivery is consistent with Genesis HealthCare's mission, vision, values, and policies, as well as accepted standards of practice, state, and federal regulations, and licensing requirements.

You will collaborate with staff, physicians, rehabilitation therapy, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients on the assigned nursing unit.

Responsibilities include managing human resources, limiting overtime and agency personnel, recruiting and orientating staff, assessing work performance, and implementing disciplinary action when necessary.
