Core Responsibilities:


Safety is paramount in all roles at American Residential; therefore, candidates must exhibit the capability to initiate, lead, and maintain safety protocols, practices, procedures, and cleanliness standards consistently.

Guide and assist clients to the appropriate areas for material unloading.
Examine for the presence of flammable, radioactive, hazardous, and/or lead-containing materials. Assess materials for liquids, non-metallic substances, and any other posted or unposted items that are deemed unacceptable (e.g., propane tanks, PCBs, batteries, etc.)
Ensure that any prohibited materials are not left on company premises.
Remove and appropriately store any items or materials as necessary.
General responsibilities involving the physical handling of materials, supplies, etc.
Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
May provide assistance to other personnel as required.
Additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:
2 years of experience in an industrial or outdoor work setting.
6-day work schedule; Monday to Friday from 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Saturday from 7:45 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Hours may vary.
Exceptional verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with clients.
Dependable attendance and consistency in schedule adherence.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual candidates are preferred - Spanish.
