Crew Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Crew Trainer to join our team at McDonald's. As a Crew Trainer, you will play a critical role in training and developing our crew members to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the highest quality food products.

Key Responsibilities:

* Train and develop crew members to perform daily procedures correctly and consistently
* Adhere to all Food Safety Standards and ensure a clean and safe working environment
* Train crew members on station procedures and ensure they are knowledgeable about menu items and promotions
* Conduct regular training sessions to ensure crew members are up-to-date on procedures and policies
* Collaborate with shift leaders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Previous experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the food service industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
