Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced EHR Implementation Lead to join our team. This key role plays a critical part in the successful implementation, integration, and optimization of Electronic Health Record systems. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of expertise in both EHR system deployments and integration.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation and configuration of EHR systems, ensuring they meet functional and technical requirements across various clinical workflows.
  • Collaborate with clinicians, project managers, and IT staff to design, configure, and test system workflows and data interfaces.
  • Oversee the deployment of EHR software at Client sites, ensuring all hardware, software, and network infrastructure meet necessary specifications for optimal performance.
  • Conduct system integration, including data migration, interface design, and testing between EHR systems and other healthcare applications.
  • Provide guidance on EHR system best practices, customization, and optimization to enhance clinical operations and user experience.
  • Support the design, configuration, and testing of EHR clinical modules.
  • Collaborate with vendors and third-party contractors to resolve technical issues during the EHR implementation process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in EHR system implementation, configuration, and support.
  • Proven experience with EHR platforms and healthcare information systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in integrating EHR systems with other healthcare applications and ensuring seamless data flow.
  • Prior experience with healthcare IT standards and frameworks is a plus.
Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $90,000-$140,000 per year, commensurate with experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
