  • Deliver direct therapy sessions aimed at improving speech clarity, language understanding, fluency, and social communication skills.
  • Work collaboratively with educators, families, and other professionals to foster students' overall growth and development.
  • Maintain precise and organized records of therapy sessions, progress updates, and student achievements.
  • Engage in IEP meetings, providing insights to shape educational objectives and strategies for students.
  • Regularly assess and report on students' advancements toward therapy goals.
  • Stay updated on the latest research, trends, and best practices in the field of speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Indiana.
  • Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
  • Experience with school-aged children, especially in educational environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
