We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleanroom Technician to join our team at SBM Management Services. As a Cleanroom Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining a clean and orderly environment, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety standards.

• Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to safety rules, policies, and procedures, and report any risk behavior to management.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively as a team player to complete assigned tasks and support shift leads in completing punch-list items.
• Environmental Control: Maintain a static-free environment, understand customer service and satisfaction, and report any issues to management.
• Equipment and PPE: Use proper personal protective equipment, including full-body protective wear, and ensure all equipment is properly maintained.
• Communication and Reporting: Effectively communicate with team members and management, and maintain accurate records of work completed.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 6 months of relevant experience in a GMP/critical space environment or equivalent training, including medical assistant coursework.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently during assigned shifts, and work in confined spaces.
• Language Skills: Effective English communication skills, including written, verbal, and comprehension.
• Technical Skills: Basic Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and general computer skills required.
