Join Our Team as a Master's Level Clinician In-Home Therapy Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Master's Level Clinician In-Home Therapy Specialist to join our team at JRI Inc. As a member of our Community Based Services division, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families in need.

About the Role

As a Master's Level Clinician In-Home Therapy Specialist, you will provide a range of community-based services, including home and community-based family therapy, in-home therapy services, therapeutic training and support services, case management, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and assessments. You will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary treatment team to develop and implement effective treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

Responsibilities
  • Provide culturally competent, trauma-informed clinical services to individuals and families in need
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary treatment team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide consultation to collaterals, including schools and medical service providers
  • Participate in on-call schedule and maintain a flexible work schedule
Requirements
  • Master's degree or above in the mental health field
  • Licensed or license eligible (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC or LMFT)
  • Ability to create and implement treatment/service plans that demonstrate a clear understanding of the client's cultural background
  • Proven ability to form therapeutic relationships with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Knowledge of electronic medical record software and basic computer functions
