Key Responsibilities:
- Merchandising and Display Management: Set up and maintain visually appealing displays and racking systems in retail stores, ensuring a high level of product visibility and accessibility.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and report on inventory levels, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize stock levels.
- Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with store management and customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive brand experience.
- Reporting and Administration: Complete accurate and timely reporting, including weekly updates on sales activity and merchandising performance.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform additional merchandising activities as needed, including straightening and organizing displays, communicating reorders, and monitoring inventory levels.
Requirements:
- Smartphone and Internet Access: Must have a smartphone with access to email and the internet, as well as the ability to download and use apps.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to lift, load, push, and pull cartons weighing up to 50 pounds, as well as bend, reach, and squat while performing merchandising activities.
- Vehicle and Insurance: Must have a valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
