HVAC Technician III

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Mechanic III to join our team at Memorial Health System. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems.

• Assist in establishing work priorities and coordinating activities of HVAC mechanics
• Organize and coordinate activities related to installing, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing heating, ventilating, refrigeration, and air conditioning systems
• Work under minimal supervision to ensure efficient and effective system operation

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in HVAC repair and maintenance preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC repair and maintenance; experience working in a healthcare setting a plus
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team
