Bellefaire JCB is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Group Facilitator to join our team in a community-based partial hospitalization setting. The successful candidate will work with children aged 6-12, providing therapeutic groups and individual support to help them achieve resiliency, dignity, and self-sufficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement curriculum-based therapeutic groups, tailored to individual client needs and treatment plans.
- Lead and facilitate group sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients.
- Supervise client activities, ensuring their whereabouts and safety during ASP time.
- Implement the Therapeutic Crisis Model of Intervention, utilizing physical restraints as necessary, to protect clients from harm.
- Assist in crisis intervention, problem resolution, and process discussions with clients as needed.
- Plan and write curriculum for groups, ensuring alignment with individual client treatment goals and treatment team plans.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Valid Ohio LSW or LPC licensure required.
