Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Tufts Medicine Care at Home. As a member of our health care team, you will provide comprehensive rehabilitation services to individuals and families in the community.
Key Responsibilities- Comply with OSHA regulations and infection control standards.
- Seek assistance when establishing a plan of care when necessary.
- Coordinate goal-directed, cost-effective care for primary patients and demonstrate appropriate use of community resources to deliver comprehensive individualized care.
- Provide adequate education and training of patients and families. Assist with training of new staff.
- Educate and counsel patient/family to participate in health care decisions.
- Graduation from an approved school of physical therapy.
- At least one year's experience as a registered therapist in a rehabilitation or acute care setting.
- 403(b) retirement with company match.
