Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for collaborating with clients to understand their design preferences and needs, and then designing and building custom cabinets and other woodwork projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build custom cabinets and other woodwork projects using various materials such as wood, MDF, and melamine.
  • Install cabinets and other woodwork projects in residential and commercial settings, ensuring precise measurements and secure fastening.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences and needs.

Requirements:

  • Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation
  • Extensive knowledge of hand and power tools

  • Physical ability to stand 90% of the day, lift 50-75 pounds safely, and perform overhead tasks
