Position Summary

The primary goal of this role is to elevate client satisfaction and mitigate risk by establishing and upholding quality assurance practices that improve the overall standard of service. This includes ongoing enhancements in accuracy, thoroughness, visual appeal, efficiency, and overall serviceability of our deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance the quality of JEO's services and deliverables across all project phases, including client engagement, studies, design, bidding, and construction.
  • Collaborate with departmental leaders to refine and uphold the quality control processes.
  • Oversee and expand our comprehensive document review process, which encompasses client development documents, design concepts, plans, and specifications.
  • Ensure the organization and completeness of all Master Technical Specifications, incorporating necessary updates and emerging technologies.
  • Support the development and implementation of the Master Scope of Services.
  • Assist in identifying and analyzing project execution challenges, focusing on constructability and serviceability.
  • Provide guidance and solutions for existing project complications and client-related issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 20 years of diverse industry experience.
  • Over 10 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control within the AEC sector.
  • At least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of QA/QC principles, industry standards, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
