  • Utilize Epic software to assist guests in locating the appropriate units and room numbers for their visits.
  • Facilitate vendor check-ins and coordinate with security for their arrival.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain a log of visitor exceptions to comply with regulatory standards.
  • Oversee waiting areas to ensure adherence to social distancing protocols.
  • Coordinate the delivery of flowers and gifts to patient rooms.
  • Engage with patients in waiting areas to enhance their experience.
  • Request transport services as needed to assist patients in navigating the facility.
  • Maintain a professional and engaging dialogue with patients and their families to foster extraordinary experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional tasks as necessary to uphold exceptional service standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English is required to ensure a safe environment for our patients.
  • A High School Diploma or GED is required, or candidates must obtain one within two years of employment.
  • An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Experience Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or hospitality is preferred.
