Job Title: Order Replenishment Merchandiser

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Order Replenishment Merchandiser to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for ensuring our iconic brands are always available to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements
  • Point of Sale advertising according to company standards
  • Maintain shelf allocation, product levels, and rotation in displays
  • Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
  • Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
  • Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow-up with customers, coworkers, and shoppers
Requirements:
  • Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record
  • Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over, and reach above head height
  • Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up
Preferred Experience:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
