Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including expense budgets, capital budgets, and monthly financial reports, in coordination with management, business units, and staff.
  • Develop and maintain historical databases of financial reports and analysis.
  • Identify cost savings and financial impact on product or service quality.
  • Design and implement new sourcing and analytical tools to enhance financial understanding of the business and drive informed decision-making.
  • Support the preparation of presentation materials for new product launches and enhancements to existing products.
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support various departments, suppliers, and customers.
  • Analyze operating results and monthly forecasts, identifying challenges and providing recommendations to management.
  • Develop presentations for senior management and lead projects as assigned.
  • Represent the department effectively to senior executives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, CPA, or equivalent work experience.
  • Three years or more of financial analysis or public accounting experience.
  • Strong financial modeling skills and advanced PC skills, including MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to think analytically, creatively, and independently, with a proven track record of initiative and drive to achieve results.
  • Familiarity with SAP and Business Warehouse, with manufacturing experience preferred.
