About the Role

Plymouth Village, a HumanGood community, is seeking a skilled Community Billing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting our community by ensuring accurate and timely billing and collection processes.

Responsibilities
  • Manage private pay billing, including filing, collection, and management of resident accounts
  • Assist in census tracking and review Medicaid and SSI balances to ensure compliance with State regulations
  • Set up and maintain resident trust accounts as required
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director to ensure seamless billing processes
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of Accounts Receivable experience handling complex billing and collection issues
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office and processing spreadsheets
  • Knowledge of Medicaid billing and compliance regulations is a plus
  • Previous experience using an EHR (Electronic Health Records) system is a plus
