Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for a school-based position. This role involves working with students to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders.

Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of students' speech and language abilities to identify areas of strength and weakness.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs and goals.
  • Direct Therapy Services: Provide direct therapy services to students, including speech and language therapy sessions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs and develop effective educational plans.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation of therapy sessions and progress.
  • IEP Meetings: Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans that meet students' communication needs.
Qualifications
  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Licensure: Valid state licensure or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice.
  • Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a school environment.
