About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sterile Compounding Pharmacist to join our team at Alliance Solutions Group. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and safety in the preparation and dispensing of medications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compound, fill, label, and ship medications in a sterile environment.
  • Oversee the activities of pharmacy technicians, ensuring compliance with Texas State Board of Pharmacy rules and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records, including inventory levels, in accordance with State Board of Pharmacy, DEA regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity in the pharmacy.
Requirements
  • Licensed pharmacist in the state of Texas.
  • At least two years of compounding experience, preferably in a sterile environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
