About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior.NET Software Development Lead to join our team at Resource Logistics. As a key member of our technical leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of software developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of software developers, performing requirement analysis, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and best practices.
  • Software Development: Design and develop scalable, high-performance, and secure.NET web applications and services, adhering to industry standards and best practices. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using C# and.NET technologies, including ASP.NET, and related frameworks.
  • Collaboration and Problem Solving: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, designers, and QA, to deliver high-quality software solutions. Identify and resolve technical challenges, performance issues, and bugs, ensuring the stability and reliability of applications.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 12+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Stack (.NET backend), API and BlClientor, with at least 3-4 years in a technical leadership role.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in C#, ASP.NET,.NET Framework and Core, MVC, Web API, RESTful services, and Entity Framework. Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and core frameworks (e.g., BlClientor) is a must. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Clienture or AWS is a plus.
  • Database Management: Strong experience with MS SQL Server, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
  • Tools: Knowledge of testing frameworks like NUnit, version control systems like Git, and experience of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Clienture DevOps and GitHub Actions.
  • Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and tools like ServiceNow.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
