Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CDL Driver to join our team at Growmark, Inc. as a key member of our transportation department. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a single, tandem, or multi-axle configuration truck for delivery and/or pick-up of agronomy and/or energy products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a tractor-trailer combination vehicle to transport products to/from company locations or customer locations.
  • Follow specified time schedules to ensure timely delivery and pick-up of products.
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safe operation and report any issues to the maintenance department.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other drivers to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve driving skills and knowledge of company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Valid CDL license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
