Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Production Assembler to join our team at DCX-CHOL Enterprises Inc. as a Cable Assembly Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for performing basic and routine assembly operations on components and subassemblies in accordance with military, aerospace, and other assembly standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and understand blueprints and check routers for errors.
  • Perform clip loading, bonding, stripping, and ink stamping.
  • Assemble connector hardware and perform all packaging of connector assemblies.
  • Keep work area clean and free of Foreign Object Debris (FOD).
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED with job-related experience.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to read, understand, follow, and explain detailed written and verbal procedures.
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently.
