Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement IT Strategy: Develop and implement the IT strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives, ensuring seamless integration with business operations.
  • Network Administration: Analyze departmental needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency, and accuracy to inform business decisions, ensuring network components work together seamlessly to meet business needs.
  • IT Infrastructure Management: Maintain and optimize essential IT infrastructure, including operating systems, security tools, networks, servers, cloud services, and telecommunication systems, ensuring compliance with CMMC requirements, NIST, DFARS, and FAR regulations.
  • Project Management: Take responsibility for projects and solutions within the larger business initiative, ensuring on-time deployment, within scope, and within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and mentoring to staff, delegating tasks and responsibilities for best outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement new opportunities for improving user experience, IT initiatives, cybersecurity awareness training, user and network training, and monitor system performance, creating standardization for selection, implementation, and support of systems.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum of bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in working on IT operations, supervising technology teams and projects, with strong knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure, including network administration, cybersecurity, and database management.
  • Desirable Skills: Prior experience working in a manufacturing setting with an up-to-date integrated ERP platform, experience with cloud services and cloud computing platforms, and experience in working with Gov't cloud platforms.
