Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Services Specialist to join our team at Crothall Services Group, Inc. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables in a safe and efficient manner
  • Dust and damp mop floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of assigned areas, including restrooms, common areas, and patient rooms
  • Operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning solutions as needed
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the facilities team
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in janitorial or facilities maintenance preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
