- Assist clients with safety needs, including the use of equipment and fall prevention.
- Follow the client's Plan of Care and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor.
- 18 years or older
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

- Pass a physical examination and immunization requirements
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds and perform repetitive movements
