Job Title: Medical Laboratory Technician

Staff Today is seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team for a 13-week contract position in Fort Bragg, California.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Technician to work in a fast-paced laboratory environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various laboratory tests and procedures, analyzing results, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct laboratory tests and procedures, including blood draws and specimen analysis
  • Analyze test results and report findings to healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of laboratory tests and results
  • Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols and regulations
  • Collaborate with laboratory staff to achieve efficient and accurate test results
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
  • Current certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or equivalent
  • 1+ year of experience in a laboratory setting
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
