Job Title: Laboratory Technician

Lactalis North America is seeking a skilled Laboratory Technician to join our Quality Assurance team in Belmont, WI.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dairy science, food safety, and microbiology, with excellent analytical and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collecting and testing samples in a timely manner
  • Analyzing and recording results accurately
  • Maintaining quality and food safety policies and procedures
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues and management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Dairy Science, Food Science, or Microbiology
  • 2-5 years of experience in laboratory analysis in the dairy or food industry
