At Tesla, Inc., we're looking for a skilled Paint Prepper to join our team. As a key member of our vehicle service team, you'll play a critical role in preparing vehicles for paint application. Your responsibilities will include removing grease, dirt, paint, or rust from vehicle surfaces, using a range of techniques and tools such as abrasives, solvents, brushes, blowtorches, washing tanks, or sandblasters. You'll also assist our painters with pre-paint blending needs and fill small dents or scratches with body fillers to smooth surfaces for painting. Additionally, you'll detail vehicles to a high standard, ready for delivery to our customers. If you have a passion for automotive refinishing and a keen eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you.
