Job Summary

We are seeking an Echocardiographer Technician to perform all established echocardiography procedures, communicating with patients and addressing their questions or concerns. The ideal candidate will recognize sonographic characteristics of normal and abnormal tissue, structures, and blood flow, adjusting scanning techniques to optimize image quality and spectral waveform.

  • Perform echocardiography procedures, including stress echo testing when needed.
  • Analyze sonographic findings to provide comprehensive exams and sufficient data for physicians to render a final diagnosis.
  • Work in partnership with other healthcare professionals to provide the best medical care possible for all patients.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Graduated from an accredited Cardiac Sonography program.
  • Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RDS) eligibility or registration.
  • Minimum of 2 years of cardiac/echo sonographer experience.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
