Hannaford is seeking a skilled Bakery Lead to join our team. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for supervising the performance of all bakery associates and assisting in effectively ordering and maintaining inventory control to maximize sales and limit shrink issues.

• Supervise and direct the work of bakery associates to ensure efficient performance and high-quality products.
• Assist in ordering and maintaining inventory control to minimize waste and maximize sales.
• Use good judgment in delegating tasks and responsibilities to ensure the efficient operation of the bakery department.

• Previous experience in a bakery or related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
