- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure seamless patient care and outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest clinical guidelines, research, and best practices in pharmacy care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care and safety.
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP).
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
- Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
- Experience in a retail pharmacy setting, with a focus on patient care and community outreach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
